Hello and welcome to my new blog series called ‘Shoutout Sundays’, where I highlight creatives and entrepreneurs that inspire me. My previous post was about the brilliant Romarni Brytz, and the next person I would like to shoutout is my lovely friend Sofia!
Also known as Miss Loud Queen.
Sofia is a content creator operating primarily in the cannabis industry. She is exactly what her name suggests: confident, loud, and just an absolute queen! She has been building her online brand since 2018, creating entertaining, enriching, and educational content of all of her adventures - and let me say, she gets up to some pretty incredible stuff! In a ever-expanding world of online creators, Sofia brings an edge to her content like I have never seen, exploring a niche market in a curious and authentic way.
Sofia and I met back in the summer of 2022 at RUSH festival, a festival curated by YouTuber Jando which he hosts in his back garden (pretty darn cool that!) Sofia noticed my RAW bucket hat and we instantly hit it off, which lead to me giving her a lift home from up North back down to London the following day. Little did we know this was just the beginning of a beautiful friendship, and since then, we have got to live some pretty crazy experiences together. Shout out to Jack because if it wasn’t for you and your awesome festival we would have never met! Jack also creates some incredible content, check out his video about Rush fest 2023: https://youtu.be/UKrgAgyXDnU?si=mnvFyTXRw0lNlB_7

Over the last 4 years, I have witnessed Sofia grow her online audience and her brand to exponential levels. I have also been lucky enough to travel to various countries with her and help her do her thing! Her mission is to travel the world and go to different countries where cannabis is legal, to explore the differences from place to place. And she documents it all on her YouTube channel! She is helping destigamtise the plant one day at a time, it’s really impressive to see. She also connects with experts within the industry all over the world to learn more about the plant to go on and spread that knowledge further. As a long time subscriber of hers, it is incredible to see how much her vlogging has developed over the years, and so nice to see her hone in and develop her own style. I am also lucky enough to feature in a few of her vlogs, here are a couple of my favourite vlogs she has made:
Sofia inspires me so much as not only is she super talented at what she does, she also has an incredible drive and has taken initiative to build something completely out of the norm. She is such a genuine soul, so incredibly generous, and spreads nothing but good energy. She has built up such a rich wealth of connections all over the world so we have friends everywhere which is pretty cool too! I am so excited to see what she does next, be sure to subscribe to her YouTube channel and check out her instagram so you can see too!
Thanks for reading, I hope this encourages you to show some appreciation to someone you love this Sunday!
